Specialised conference interpreting solutions

What is conference interpreting?

Conference or Simultaneous Interpreters translate spoken language in real time. They interpret highly complex, specialised messages and concepts from a source language into a target language in formal settings.

Conference interpreting is performed during the delivery of speeches and presentations at high-level exchanges such as international conferences, summits, and meetings across a broad range of domains. Often performed in specially designed booths, conference interpreting requires the highest calibre of interpreters to convey important messages in another language, very quickly.

Experienced conference and simultaneous interpreters

We work with expert conference interpreters who have been trained in the art of simultaneous interpreting at postgraduate level — in addition to possessing years of conference interpreting experience with a recommended minimum two years’ work experience in their language combination.

We have a large team of conference interpreters across over 100 languages, who can attend your upcoming conference and skillfully and professionally provide simultaneous interpretations throughout.

Remote Simultaneous Interpreting

Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI) has grown rapidly since the onset of the pandemic and has rendered simultaneous interpreting more accessible for all your online seminars, business meetings, workshops and conferences. Using the Zoom platform with the interpreting channels feature, we can provide the right team of interpreters tailored to your requirements.

One of our Interpreting Strategists will help you organise and prepare your meeting and will undertake sound checks and connectivity tests in advance. Once your online meeting starts, we will coordinate and monitor the whole meeting in the background with your team and the interpreters to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.
