Open positions

  • This role leads Ethnolink’s relationships with community and sector stakeholders nationwide, ensuring all engagement is culturally safe, ethical, and respectful. It designs and delivers engagement and co-design programs, facilitates consultations, and provides senior strategic advice to government and not-for-profit clients. The position translates community insights into clear recommendations and client-ready deliverables that drive meaningful outcomes. It manages the Community Engagement team and a national network of freelance researchers and facilitators, working closely with the Head of Multicultural Communications and Engagement. The role suits an experienced engagement professional with strong multicultural expertise, IAP2 knowledge, and a proven track record leading programs and teams.

  • If you are a tech-savvy, professional translator who maintains high standards and is open to learning new technologies, apply to join our pool of freelance translators. We work with governments, not-for-profits and private organisations, translating across any topic, any medium of text and any language. Our applications are open to translators across the globe. A NAATI Certification is highly desirable, in languages where NAATI credentialing exists.
