Gold Coast translation services FAQ

Whilst we have been working in Gold Coast and services local clients for a decade, we don’t have a physical office for you to visit. Thanks to the power of technology, our team off project managers and translators can work remotely and don’t need to receive physical copies of your documents to translate them.

If you do require physical versions of your NAATI certified translations, our translators will post them to you.

Yes, they are. We only work with translators who are native in the language they translate into, and who are highly experienced and NAATI certified.

You can send us your documents in whatever format you have - a PDF, Word file, scan, or a photo. As long as the text is readable and clear, our professional translators can translate it for you. But before that happens, our Account Managers will analyse them and provide you with a personalised quote.

If you have any specific requirements, let us know and we will do our absolute best to accomodate.

It depends. Some languages expand and some contract when they are translated from English. The same script in French for example, is up to 20 percent longer than in English. So you can expect a 60-second English commercial to be 72 seconds long in the French language. Our voice-over specialists will be able to advise and guide you on this, so that the end product still matches your expectations.

The Gold Coast welcomes one of the largest number of international tourists in Australia each year, many speaking different languages.

Depending on the communities you want to engage, you should consider translating your materials into a variety of languages. Talk to our Account Management team to see what languages will work best for your campaign and help you reach and help your target audience.

Depending on the length of your document, it will take 2-3 business days to receive your NAATI certified translation. If you need a hard copy, we can organise express or regular postage to you - just let us know.

Whether you require a birth certificate, driver's license, marriage certificate, death certificate, diploma, degree or any other personal document to be translated into English by a NAATI accredited translator, our Gold Coast translation service can assist you.

Upon your request, we’ll also send you a certified hard copy by Australian post (additional postage and handling fee applies). Your document will come with the translators NAATI stamp and signature and this document can then be used to submit to various Government departments.

There are a number of factors that determine price including language, deadline, and complexity. As a general guide, a 1-page standard document such as a birth certificate, marriage certificate or driver’s licence is only $69 per page.

For non-standard, multi-page projects, pricing is based on a ‘per 100 words’ basis. Simply provide us with a copy of your documents for assessment so we can provide you with a quote to get the translation work started.

All of our Gold Coast translations are conducted by NAATI accredited professional translators so you are assured of the quality of the work produced.
