Born to Filipino parents from different cultures and provinces, Catherine grew up with a healthy dose of wanderlust. Financial struggles made it difficult for her to explore the world – but she made her own way, and began working when she was only seventeen years old. By the time she was twenty, Catherine had already built up a thriving career.

Before Ethnolink, Catherine worked as a Project Manager, handling several large projects in an international translation and localization industry. Her experience there gave her strong management skills, especially working with diverse teams. She found her passion in people management, overseeing and co-managing day-to-day operational activities.

Catherine is now proudly Ethnolink’s Head of People and Culture and the Country Manager of our Philippines branch.
