Video interpreting allows you to utilise the services of a NAATI credentialed interpreter without being in the same room, or even in the same city. Break down language barriers instantly, without location or time constraints.
Our Video Interpreting service provides seamless communication by connecting you and your clients with experienced NAATI credentialed interpreters virtually, no matter where you're located within Australia. We can host a Video Interpreting session in our preferred platform, Zoom, or assist you in hosting a session on your own preferred platform, such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meets. With access to our complete network of NAATI credentialed interpreters, you can break down communication barriers and achieve human connection via remote interpreting.
Technology can be temperamental — especially when you need it most. As part of our white glove approach to Video interpreting, one of our Interpreting Strategists will connect with the interpreter ahead of the scheduled meeting to check their connection and set up and to verify they have all the information needed to prepare and perform high-quality interpretations. One of our team members will then connect with you and the interpreter on the day, 10 to 15 minutes prior to start time, to make sure the conditions are met including sound and image quality and working conditions. They'll also be on stand-by throughout the whole session to jump in if required to ensure seamless delivery of interpreting services.
We are committed to upholding the high language industry standards in Australia and hence we give preference to NAATI credentialed practitioners in the following order, depending on the language: • Certified Interpreter • Certified Provisional Interpreter • Recognised Practicing Interpreter For more specialised domains, we aim to engage the following professionals, if certification exists in the required language: • Certified Specialist Health Interpreter • Certified Specialist Legal Interpreter • Certified Conference Interpreter Regardless of the level of credential, we screen all of our interpreters to ensure have the experience and subject-matter expertise from working in a range of domains and abide by the AUSIT Code of Ethics.
There are a number of benefits to Video Interpreting including: • Fast and convenient access to premium-quality interpreting services • Same day availability • Lower rates due to no travel costs • All participants still benefit from visual communication cues Talk to one of our Interpreting Strategists to discover how Video Interpreting can work for you!
