Project Manager - Team LeadMarion holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and began her journey at Ethnolink as a Project Coordinator. It was here that she discovered her passion—working with clients from around the world and gaining valuable insights into different cultures.
Marion grew up in Baguio City — the Summer Capital of the Philippines.
She graduated from university with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. But due to personal circumstances, she found herself moving away from working as a Medical Technologist, toward working with translation and languages instead.
After entering Ethnolink as a Project Coordinator, Marion found her passion. Working with clients from around the world gave her a huge insight into different cultures, how to negotiate cultural differences, and adjust her own work to better accommodate them.
