Cleane leads day-to-day HR operations, providing practical, hands-on support across the employee lifecycle. She plays a central role in strengthening workplace culture, coaching and supporting team members, and ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented effectively and consistently.

Cleane is an experienced HR support professional with a strong background in People Operations, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, and HR Generalist functions. At Ethnolink, she serves as the “boots on the ground,” providing hands-on HR support, coaching, and development for the team, while managing key HR responsibilities such as hiring, onboarding, and addressing HR-related escalations. Her role is vital in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the well-being and professional growth of the Philippines-based team.

Outside of work, Cleane is an art enthusiast and enjoys watching movies. Though naturally introverted, she thrives in collaborative environments where she can learn from others and gain new perspectives, experiences she brings back to both her work and personal life.
