With over 10 years of experience in the language services industry, Costa leads the team at EthnoLink, advising ASX-listed companies, Government departments and NPOs on translation strategy. With a background in project management, Costa has developed and oversees EthnoLink’s world-class project management framework.
Since he was a child, Andrew has been keenly aware of multilingualism and interested in the mysteries of language. Several years, a bachelor’s degree and two masters’ later, he is now working to help use translation as a bridge across linguistic divides. Andrew oversees the Production team at EthnoLink, ensuring consistently high-quality translation deliverables for our clients.
Cloe is a French native who has been living in Melbourne for the past five years. She has a Masters degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Monash University. Aside from French and English, she also speaks Spanish fluently and has lived in Spain before moving to Australia. Cloe loves travelling and learning about other cultures.
Royce is a 5-year veteran of the EthnoLink team and currently overseas operations of the project coordination team. He has over 10 years of experience in management roles in a variety of industries. He is (happily) married and the proud father of 2 kids. Outside of work, he loves to cook and ride his bike.
Originally from China, Lexie Li is a highly educated Chinese translator, with a Master of Translation from the University of Melbourne and is currently undertaking her final semester in the Advanced Diploma of Interpreting at RMIT. Lexie has a strong background in translating marketing and commercial documents.
Shine is an experienced translation project manager with a background in customer service. Having delivered thousands of translation projects in over 60 languages over the past 4 years, Shine enjoys the daily challenges faced with the ever-changing translation landscape.
