With over 10 years of experience in the language services industry, Costa leads the team at EthnoLink, advising ASX-listed companies, Government departments and NPOs on translation strategy. With a background in project management, Costa has developed and oversees EthnoLink’s world-class project management framework.
Since he was a child, Andrew has been keenly aware of multilingualism and interested in the mysteries of language. Several years, a bachelor’s degree and two masters’ later, he is now working to help use translation as a bridge across linguistic divides. Andrew oversees the Production team at EthnoLink, ensuring consistently high-quality translation deliverables for our clients.
Cloe is a French native who has been living in Melbourne for the past five years. She has a Masters degree in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Monash University. Aside from French and English, she also speaks Spanish fluently and has lived in Spain before moving to Australia. Cloe loves travelling and learning about other cultures.
Multilingual Typesetting & Design Manager
Jeff is responsible for managing video editing and document design projects and is in charge of typesetting and design, for all languages across all software packages for any multilingual/multi-script material. Over his 7 years in multilingual desktop publishing, Jeff has found a passion for being proficient in all languages.
Shine is an experienced translation project manager with a background in customer service. Having delivered thousands of translation projects in over 60 languages over the past 4 years, Shine enjoys the daily challenges faced with the ever-changing translation landscape.
Originally from China, Lexie Li is a highly educated Chinese translator, with a Master of Translation from the University of Melbourne and is currently undertaking her final semester in the Advanced Diploma of Interpreting at RMIT. Lexie has a strong background in translating marketing and commercial documents.
Mark is an experienced Project Manager who has delivered hundreds of translation projects for clients globally. With strong attention to detail, Mark delivers on-time every time and to the highest standards. Mark is recently married and is proud father of two beautiful girls.

Nadia is an Italian who also speaks English and Spanish. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and has different work experiences in the fields of translation, customer service, and supplier management. Nadia is passionate about different cultures, habits, and languages, and she finds it enchanting how the way of translation connects them.

Executive Assistant to the CEO
A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Management, Catherine made a career in various job roles that do not only focus on Accounting. She also has work experience in customer service and project management. Catherine is passionate at work and very dedicated to her job as the Executive Assistant to Costa. Outside work, Catherine loves spending time with her family watching movies, or going to the beach.
Fritz Jorly Tagorda
Project Manager – Team Lead
Fritz, though a man of few words, is detail-oriented and thrives in logic and facts. He is very attentive to detail and finds contentment when projects run smoothly from start to finish. He has completed thousands of translation projects over the past four years. Now, he oversees the production of our Personal Department and is helping in developing structure and procedures to help the team become more efficient and effective.
Marketing & Communications Officer
Rachael has a fascination for languages and the opportunity that they provide to connect with people and cultures around the world. She speaks English and French which led her to complete the Masters of Interpreting and Translation at Monash University. She now brings her passion for language and communication to Ethnolink as Marketing & Communications Officer. Naturally, Rachael also loves travelling and learning about different cultures.
Peter Lee Masaquel
Peter has been in the international customer service industry for a decade and now a fully pledged Project Coordinator who has handled and delivered hundreds of translation projects for clients across the globe. Peter always makes sure to give his 101% in everything he does. Peter’s reason and motivation is his one and only beautiful daughter.
Betsy has work experience in various industries for the past nine years as a virtual assistant. Strong attention to detail has always been her top skill to ensure exemplary performance to whatever job position assigned to her. Betsy is now happily married and a mother to two beautiful children – 7-years old daughter and a 10-months baby boy.
Maria Lorrybell Ramos
Having a master’s degree in Management and a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Belle makes for a perfect fit for project management in translation services. She takes pride in having long-term customer service experience, having served a wide spectrum of clients from all over the world. During her spare time, Belle writes non-fiction and plays the guitar. She is a doting mother to her daughter Blythe.
Experienced in customer care, Arlyn is very keen on delivering excellent customer service to our clients needing translation services. Working with Ethnolink Languages Services for two years, she learned to appreciate different cultures of the world through their language. She believes that through superb language translation service, we, at Ethnolink Language Services, can link the different ethnicities.

For Marion, it is pleasure to be part of the Ethnolink Language Services family. She learns each day as she deals with different situations smoothly, and with the help of very supportive teammates, she was able to complete her tasks hassle-free.
