Born and raised in Negros Oriental, Mark embraced the rich Filipino culture from an early age. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, he began his career in the BPO industry, working as a back-end support specialist for two years.

Mark’s technical expertise led him to transition into the role of Localisation Engineer, where he ensured that software, websites, and digital products were not only translated accurately but also culturally adapted and fully functional for diverse audiences.

Now as a Project Coordinator in Ethnolink, Mark combines his technical background with his passion for bridging cultural gaps. He thrives in managing multilingual projects that enable organisations to connect meaningfully with multicultural communities, delivering impactful and culturally sensitive outcomes.
