Originally from Hong Kong and raised in New Zealand, Jacqueline developed a strong appreciation for multiculturalism and the importance of effective communication across languages. She hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from the University of Auckland and a Master’s degree in International Business from RMIT. Her professional experience includes running her own online baking business, working as a Multicultural Client Executive at LOTE Agency, and serving as a Corporate Partnerships Executive at Seek (Gradability).

Her passion for the language industry stems from her mum’s resilience in navigating life in a new country without speaking the language. Inspired by her journey, she's committed to helping break down language barriers and ensuring multicultural communities in Australia can access the resources and support they need to thrive.
