With over seven years of experience as an HR all-rounder across diverse industries, she brings a well-rounded understanding of how to support and engage teams. Cheska holds a Master’s in Guidance and Counselling from St. Paul University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Negros Oriental State University. She has worked with both local and international teams, in office-based and remote environments, and enjoys every aspect of people operations—from recruitment and onboarding to policy development and employee engagement.

Cheska’s background in psychology and HR fuels her belief in the power of inclusive communication. Drawn to the multicultural communications industry, she sees language as a bridge between people and cultures, and translation as a tool for equity. She’s passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
