Arden is a seasoned communications professional with a deep passion for language, culture, and strategy. With a strong foundation in Mandarin translation and a background in public affairs and crisis communications, Arden combines cross-cultural expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful, audience-first campaigns.

Holding a Master of Media and Communications (Strategic Communications) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Chinese Studies and Translation Studies from Monash University, as well as a Certificate in Data Analytics and Visualisation from RMIT, he brings a unique ability to transform complex data and technical language into clear, meaningful communication. His career began in Chengdu as a freelance Mandarin translator before moving into consultancy roles at The Civic Group and Porter Novelli. There, he advised clients across finance, agribusiness, infrastructure, and health sectors—distilling information into strategies that engage diverse audiences.
