Angelica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After working in the field, however, she found that she preferred customer service more. She pivoted, working for almost 12 years in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist.

Throughout her extensive career, Angelica has built up a wealth of experience in working alongside clients and team members effectively.

Angelica is excited to broaden her experience by taking on a fresh challenge in a new industry. With her keen eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills, she thrives as an Ethnolink Project Manager!
